PP blower is the series of the machines for PP bottle production. It is two stage blow moulding machine designed mainly for pharmaceutical packages production.

Technologies:
Air Recuperation(optional) - a solution designed for air recycling. Thanks to that solution the air demand is much lower.
The Central Lubrication System(standard) allows quick and precise application of grease.
UPS(standard), an emergency power supply for the control unit in case of failure of the regular power supply.
Servomechanism(standard), sometimes shortened to servo, is an automatic device that uses error-sensing negative feedback to correct the performance of a mechanism. The PP blowers are fully controlled by servomechanisms.
The Detection System(standard) of incorrect blow and bottle defect is an independent controller of the main controller in the electric cabinet of the PP blowers. The controller has a program designed to detect incorrect blow and reject defective bottles. The program sends a signal by FX3U 16 MT controller to the dumping output and defective bottles are then conveyed to a separate container, so that they are not transported to the bottling line.
