The blow molding machine is equipped with four or eight blow cavities and a toggle closing unit controlled by electrical servo drives. The blow molding machine is a perfect solution for 0.25 L to 2.5 L bottles, ensuring high and reliable performance. The machine is equipped with a user-friendly touch screen with a graphics interface and an access to heating and blowing parameters, alarms and diagnostic.The machine can be connected directly to the conveyor as the blown bottles are positioned bottom-down.

Technologies

High Performance Thermal Processor(standard) is a high technology and energy efficient preform heater. The new technology used in this solution enables significant reduction of installed power in the machine and ensures high precision of preform softening process.
Power Wizard(standard) - Pyrometric Temperature Controller is an innovative solution that ensures stable temperature during preform heating process.
Air Recuperation(optional) - a solution designed for air recycling. Thanks to that solution the air demand is much lower.
The Central Lubrication System(standard) allows quick and precise application of grease.
UPS(standard), an emergency power supply for the control unit in case of failure of the regular power supply.
Servomechanism(standard), sometimes shortened to servo, is an automatic device that uses error-sensing negative feedback to correct the performance of a mechanism. The blow molding machines are fully controlled by servomechanisms.
The Detection System(standard) of incorrect blow and bottle defect is an independent controller of the main controller in the electric cabinet of the blow molding machines. The controller has a program designed to detect incorrect blow and reject defective bottles. The program sends a signal by FX3U 16 MT controller to the dumping output and defective bottles are then conveyed to a separate container, so that they are not transported to the bottling line.
The Power Protector(optional) is an autonomous, multi channel control system for regulating heat energy emitted inside the oven of blow molding machine. It controls the amount of electric power supplied to halogen lamps individually for each heating zone or section. Closed loop control algorithms make reheating process insensitive to irregular mains frequency as well as to lamp resistance variation. Thus, the process runs stable and more accurate. Additionally, the Power Protector continuously monitors lamp voltage and current and immediately warns about: dead lamps, suspicious lamp resistance variation (lamp aging), voltage fluctuations in the mains supply. The Power Protector ensures 3-phase symmetrical load and high value of power factor (compared to phase angle controllers). The Power Protector makes the reheating process stable and keeps it fully under control.
